SHIPPING POLICY
You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. HOOK1 can ship products to anywhere in the United States using the shipping method of your choice and to most International destinations. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected, and your shipment destination. Our shipping charges are determined by the total dollar amount of your order, excluding applicable sales tax.
Some products cannot be shipped to international destinations so please submit a message to us from the CONTACT page if you would like to discuss international ordering options.
Don't be fooled by others' FREE SHIPPING claims. At HOOK 1, we strive to keep our prices competitive and our total customer experience very favorable.
When shipping charges are added, we are confident that when combined with our low prices, your total order price will be better than anywhere else.
KAYAK SHIPPING POLICY — Kayaks may be shipped to a business, freight terminal or residence. Please call or email for more details.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY — All International orders are processed as quickly as possible. HOOK 1 will ship to almost anywhere in the world. To place an international order,
create a CART with your products and email us at a href="mailto:support@kayakfishinggear.com">support@kayakfishinggear.com> to request a shipping quote. Please include your name, complete shipping address, and any known national
or local shipping restrictions. We will provide a quote within 48 hours and await confirmation before processing orders.
International orders placed through the HOOK1 store will be processed and ACTUAL shipping charges may be added once the order is processed and shipped. Our quotes are based on known averages and best possible estimates.
AT HOOK 1, we strive to offer the best value possible and DO NOT up-charge for shipping or handling. However, occasionally additional shipping charges are necessary. If you have any additional questions
you may email or call in advance for clarification.
OVERSIZE OR OVERWEIGHT ITEMS — Some items require additional shipping charges based on dimensions or weight. These items are identified by special instructions where necessary.
