If you can't find a product you are looking for, we will find it for you or order it from one of our existing manufacturers. Just give us a call and we will help you with your purchase.

Shipping Information:
We ship via USPS - United States Postal Service. We ship all orders Priority Mail (unless Overnight Mail is chosen) at the lowest price we can give you. We ship almost every order within 24 hours!

Do we ship Internationally?Yes - Here is some information on our procedure for this:

The shipping options you see on the website are for within the United States.

When we receive your order we will weigh it. We unpackage as much as possible to reduce the weight and to then reduce your shipping cost. We then e-mail you the shipping options: Priority Mail or Express Mail. We will wait to hear back from you on your preferred shipping option. When placing your order, choose standard shipping and when we hear from you regarding the preferred shipping option, we bill your credit card the difference of the paid shipping cost and the actual shipping cost upon shipment of your order. You can also e-mail us a list of items you would like a shipping quote for. When placing your order you can add to the order the preferred shipping method and okay the additional charges.

Orders being shipped to the UK can be tracked via www.parcelforce.com.

We do not mark orders as Gifts and you will have to pay any and all incoming taxes charged by your country. Shipments do get held up at customs time to time and this can not be expedited on our end.

Returning Products:

Returns: We will accept returns within 30 days of shipment for items that are in NEW/UN-OPENED condition. If we made an error with your order we will pay for the return shipping costs. We can not refund shipping costs if you decide to return an item.

Refunds: Refunds will be made in a timely manner upon receipt of the returned items. Refunds will be made to the credit card used for the order. If the return is not our error, we will not refund shipping costs. If the return is in our error, we will refund shipping costs.

Returns can be mailed to your P.O. Box as listed above and on our Contact Us page.
